Cooking Team Places in the 2013 ESOP Southwest Chapter BBQ Cookoff

The Stress Engineering Cooking Team competed in the 2013 ESOP Southwest Chapter BBQ Cook-off in Houston, Texas. After cooking thru the early morning hours, the team not only served up some really delicious BBQ, they were also awarded 1st place in the Chicken category, and 2nd in the Brisket category.
